You have to use console settings and games built for the PS5, not the PS4. Spiderman is the only game that qualifies as built for the PS5 and it runs 1440p performance ray tracing mode at 90 fps. Consoles only recently got VRR where we can see the true power of the console, it isn't locked to prevent studdering and tearing anymore. Your CPU is also clocked 20% lower than the PS5 CPU. There are CPU-bound PS5 games so a weaker CPU will perform worse in those games. Your SSD isn't 5.5 GB/s read write either.
Also thank you for using the disk driverless model. PC build as console killers don't have disc drives.
