Is the same business address then used for seller central account?
Is the same business address then used to set up a business account/credit card?
Do all of the above need to have the same address

Your the only one talking about this on you tube that I’ve seen. I’m experiencing the same thing, I’ve already sent all my information over to Amazon and reached out to seller support. Seller support told me that my account was in good health and not to be concerned about this banner on there home page, but I plan on reaching out to seller support every week as well to insure everything is good. Are you a USA-based and registered seller? If so, how did you select USA as your country under the inform tax questionnaire?

If you are not a usa registered business but have a business address in USA, what address did you use in your inform tax questionnaire? Is it your non-usa business registered address, or your usa business address?
