I had this thing for 2 years. Most of that time I barely used it (except as a "mobile" monitor for my son while getting chemo treatment thanks to microsoft's awesome wireless display adapter).
Other than that, I would pick it up and try it out....had 1 minor hardware issue, and 2 ANNOYING driver issues (touchpad).
Look at what I had to do - to get it fixed...you like my tape work on this one guys?

In the end this is a redemption story - if you do this - you can get your nexdock 2 to actually FEEL like a true productivity machine!
I feel like I just got a new laptop all over again! Never give up on your toys!
