This is bullshit man. For some reason no videos, regardless of format, can be opened whatsoever. What now?

first of all the photoshop U are using is not EXTENDED version.......go for Adobe photoshop extended.......in only extended version u can import/export videos/3d/etc

I am using Windows 8. When i drag a video.MOV file into the Photoshop, it sais that "photoshop cannot open this file, please make sure Quick Time is Installed." So i search Quicktime and i have it installed. What is the problem?
