Lesely Phillips looked a lot like Lesily Phillips. I had to check in the credits to see who it was and guess who. Yes. It was Lesily Phillips. Looking very good.
Leslie Samuel Phillips CBE (20 April 1924 – 7 November 2022). DARKHEART MANOR was the last film he made. He died quietly in bed at age 98.

This movie is a gem for those of us who love old houses inhabited with a ghost or two. The perfect movie to watch when you need to escape from the weirdness in the world. Loved it!

Always a great element of the distrusting/non-believer... adds a level of doubt we all must have at some level. UNTIL... you meet the unexplained yourself and left no choice, but to believe!

Was a great movie. Not a thriller or horror. More like a light mystery,family film with british good old comedy thrown in for good measure.

Respect your parents and do what they say in the will even if your brother doesn't do as he is told it will work out ok in the end if you get a soc I would rather keep my mum and dad house but they want me to sell it so I will I would rather have my parents than money as I loved them so much

OMG the red head- the way she responds to people & situations is all to the extremes & very manic. Even her voice made me sick.

So far, I dislike them all apart from the son; the daughter overacts, screams and shouts all the time. Oh well, I shall turn off the sound and watch with subtitles.

Good story and actors. Enjoyed.

BORING BORING BORING, DID I SAY BORING

This is such a charming movie. It starts a bit slow, but stick with it, it is a very good movie, interesting and fun!

This is a film for those of us who can really get into a film and let it take us on an inner type of journey. Don't be fooled by its 'ordinary' and unassuming beginning. It really grows on you, and before you know it you find yourself inside the film as it unravels, whilst getting 'attached' to the characters. GREAT acting, and directing. A true little gem which will delight anyone who is sick and tired of the 'showcasing polished' but totally unreal and empty hollywood-type of films, where the characters couldn't be further from reality...how many of them do you bump into in real life? or you can truly relate to? Whereas, the actors in THIS film bring to life the types of characters one can relate to in reality. The story will 'revive' the child inside of you, whilst keeping the 'adult' side of yourself truly entertained, until the very end...which is freaking hilarious for all the right reasons! It has EVERYTHING to make you 'fly', laugh, think deep about what it is that keeps people bonded together, despite initial appearances and first impressions. It's a true 'family story' journey into the unknown, 'the other side', where the characters come together stronger than ever in the end, and totally connected...as they used to be. The director is a true 'film magician', in the sense that he is VERY VERSATILE in his productions and messages hidden in his films. I watched his "Atomic Apocalypse", a completely different genre and type of film, but one thing is absolutely clear about him, he loves making films, producing stories which engage the viewer until the very end, and will linger in your mind and heart...if you can see through them...you can listen to your heart, and you have a truly open mind. It is a fact that to produce a great film IS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY ONE POURS INTO IT, but about the ability as a director in telling a story by choosing the right actors to take his story as high as it can get ;-). THANK YOU FOR UPLOADING IT.
