To be fair, there are definitely situations where teammates should be doing something they aren't or doing nothing when they should. I know I make mistakes, but damn sometimes I wish my teammates would just do their job, you know? It is a team-based game afterall. I think it annoys me more when I end up filling for my team and then get no teamwork back. Either way, good guide though. Thanks.

I just go with the mindset that if I die, it was my fault, I'm the one who died so I'm the one to blame, could my teammates help? maybe, but its not their in-game life thats on the line, so they have to care about themselves first

Me personally I think mindset itself is 50% of not just improving game sense, but in tier advancement. I started blaming myself for every single round, even rounds that I won and think about how I could've done better so I got to platinum 1 from silver 2 in 2 weeks

The thing is that i have game sense, but it comes to me after I die, when i actually have time to think about it 😅

I have almost no bad habits, decent aim, callouts, good game-sense, and utility usage. But im still hardstuck bronze becuase of my teamates. I can get 3-4 KD in a game and still lose my my instalock reyna goes 1/24

So I have diamond aim and Gold gamesense.

Hey, how important is it to play the same agents? I choose agents according to the map, what my team has chose and how I'm feeling. If I don't feel like my aim is good today I'd choose sage or a smoke agent to help the team out something like that

I usually takes the flex role and managed to rank up to imortal by filling those functions people don't want to. But I couldn't manage to Radiant and got really frustrated, sold my account and stopped playing for a while, I've returned to valorant a month ago and a still can't "decide" a role to avoid the "jack of all trades master of none syndrome", because I really like to be able to play various roles and still can play well, I really can't imagine myself being a mono with something cuz I think it gets really boring playing with only one agent all the time. But I'm still lacking something to reach radiant level, but I can't realize what it is. I have a question, I know i'm not a god of val ecc, but, there was that game, I dropped 33, one of the game I played better in my life, we were cluching by 4-11, there were an instalock reyna and a sage without coms, they both did like 3-10, they had no clue how to play the game, I always talked to them nice, i tryed to give them advice, but they didn't listened to me. The last round 11-12 sage walls me off and I can't escape from the kj ult, so the enemys defuse and I couldn't move and stop them, we lost that game, i wasn't angry just disappointed, it was my fault that we lost that game? I literrally can't see what else i could do

Note, there's no such thing as dunning-kruger syndrome, it's the dunning-kruger effect. Those with low competence are unaware of the low threshold/percentile they themselves or others around them are in as detriment of their own lack of knowledge. You need to look at what you described and the actual dunning-kruger effect, however, it's relevance here is almost the same.

It's more like, they can't even begin to understand how poorly they're playing because of their lack of understanding or awareness to actual high level gameplay. Again, almost the same but it's not.

Honestly i have trouble staying on the same agent for a long period of time bc ill play and agent for like a couple weeks maybe a month but then another agent sounds fun and i learn them and i end up being the jack of all trades guy. it might just be that i get bored of doing the same things very fast.
