This TV brand is not worth buying. May be those giving good comments are workers from the factory. I bought one of their products, 50P617, and exactly a year after, it broke down with picture problem. LED backlight and sound ok but no pictures. What kind of a product is that? The worst electronic products I ever spent my hard earned money on after a year of savings, only to breakdown shortly after the one year of purchase when the warranty just expired. I thought I could get a TV product that would last for more than five years after my old LG TV product failed at exactly five years, so I decided to buy TCL which eventually gave me the worst experience ever. Feel disappointed and cheated.

I just want 2know with good care, what is the lifespan of their tvs? I just bought a 23' model & the excitement of having 4k hasn't worn down yet. I have been watching it almost none stop but I do have it in a secure place and the environment is nice and cool...

I search in browser what country tcl made i found china, but this is not china people worker

Lower quality TV that brags as the best. Kind of a sad assumably line with so much manual labor and not automated. I would say in China its more automated for higher output but their labor is so cheap maybe not.

When I grew up in the 1950's almost no-one I knew could afford a new TV. All the TV's my family owned were from the second hand store. They averaged about 15 inches in black and white and as a young boy I listened to radio for about the first seven years of my life before I even watched my first television which had a blurry picture that depended on a roof antenna or rabbit ears. How times have changed.

Los veo muy mal calificados imal calificados para hacer ese tipo de trabajo por eso compró de marca LG o Samsung ya que Samsung y LG Sony esas marcas reconocidas y hacen un mejor trabajo ensamblan bien sus piezas no que veo que hay en tcl por su video están mal calificados y mal no cumplen como debe de ser una experiencia bien armar una tele les falta más capacitación
