Bin following you for about a year and this is the first time to see this and it seems to really click for me! Thank you so much! Now it seems like the heaven six and the standard six make more sence to me!
ОтветитьAwesome video, I really enjoyed the workout. Great format, instruction and guidance.
ОтветитьLove it.
ОтветитьFreakin’ awesome training vid! Incorporating it into my new “lose the old-fart weight” fitness routine. Great way to work my basics and increase my fitness level!
ОтветитьI drive an 18 wheeler... where your school is at. Is it large enough to park there?
ОтветитьDANG! Kali Center don't miss no leg days bruh!💀🔥🔥💪💪
ОтветитьMister Paulie, good Sir...if you ever do these stick drills with light sabres from a toy shop, you're gonna be on national TV within the hour! I hope you do it, too. That would be like fireworks to see!
ОтветитьYou're not on Instagram and Facebook! I've just clicked the links...you have a problem with those two media platforms!
ОтветитьFantastic work dude. I’ve been taking my sticks and heading out every day now taking advantage of the fantastic weather and rough retain on the hill tops.
Ответитьhow come this is only 8k views??..this is amazing! I'm hooked
ОтветитьJust go for a walk, why do we have to make workout so difficult
ОтветитьGreat stuff Paul! Fitness should be the basics of all martial arts. No quick wins!
ОтветитьHow long should the stick be to practice
ОтветитьHey, as an absolute beginner, I'm having trouble with the Stick exercises. do you have another video or any resources that break it down so I can get more of the precision?
ОтветитьThis guy can beat a mob with a toilet plunger. Seriously.
ОтветитьIt's great Guro that you made Pekiti Tirsia Kali into a total gym exercise routine.
ОтветитьYes, I love it!!! This is the kinda stuff I value. I’ve been trying to find a good warm up and a good way to develop technique, coordination, and balance. Please post more. I go outside with my kali sticks and at least practice 45 minutes to an hour. In the coronavirus it’s been difficult to find a mentor or a dojo that is affordable. Keep posting kali videos. You have become a mentor of mine now. Prayers sent to you for the work you have put into making these videos. Thank you so much!!!
ОтветитьBeginners needs more slow motion please! ! ! !
ОтветитьA good training demonstration. Thanks and more power to your club Kali Traing Center.
ОтветитьThank you for uploading kali escrima contents, your channel is very substantial and helpful for those who trains at home or at the park
ОтветитьId love to see some Amarra twirling, and solo Olisa
ОтветитьMôn vo song đoan con . . La mon ăn tinh thâ , nâng cao sưc khoe cho moi ngươi .
ОтветитьLoved the workout, feels like I'm getting back on the bike! Even at my age getting back to it, feels great! Many thanks!
ОтветитьDo a video reacting the Legend Bobby Taboada.
Ответить9
Ответитьit's good but you could do the movements slower for the beginners.
ОтветитьThis training Rocked. It shows me areas that I can improve on. Really awesome.
Ответитьok sir you are very good in the sport ill join next time ill just fix my card
ОтветитьMy thighs are going to explode just watching this
ОтветитьExelente !! muchas gracias !!!🙌🤜🤚☯️
ОтветитьThanks a million Paul for all your effort and hard work.
ОтветитьI need slo motion. Can’t even follow the footwork. Hey,quit laffin, …I’m 70 years old.
ОтветитьIs this able to be done without kali sticks?
ОтветитьVou fazer esses exercícios... Muito bom!!!
ОтветитьThank you . At a young 53 never had any training . I am really impressed , I believe I found what I am looking for.
ОтветитьIt’s a great workout. The only thing I would say for the stick drills is to slow them down first and explain the moves before going so fast…. Your title said beginners drill
ОтветитьOut of the three work out thet you posted (aside from your routine) this is arguably the best for me since I'm not great at moving around.
Ответитьha ha ha ha his is a minorate practice ha ha ha ha ha you better wake up man
ОтветитьI have just begun my Kali journey. Four classes in and I'm beginning to see how both arms an hands have to work together. It's like being a drummer. I just started doing this workout today and realized how uncoordinated I am. But in due time I will get the hang of it. The best part of this art is it doesn't matter if you have a weapon or not the moves don't change. Thanks for your easy to learn moves for beginners like me.
ОтветитьCan you go slow and tell us how to twirl the stick please
ОтветитьLove these workouts! What is the music playing in the background?
ОтветитьHello, I am from Brazil and I used to practice boxing. I want to understand kali footwork. In boxing, we do not put the feet together. In kali, when do you put the feet together? To start a triangle? Do you walk normally in kali until the opportunity to put the feet together and then make a triangle?
ОтветитьVery good workout, we will incorporate that in our sports training routine.
ОтветитьThis is great
ОтветитьLove it
ОтветитьSo refreshing.
ОтветитьWow
ОтветитьIS3 eskrimador here. Thanks for putting this together! It's great to learn new ways of doing things and I'm definitely getting a workout in.
ОтветитьNice..Welldone
