League of Legends Season 12 - How to BOOST FPS and Increase Performance on any PC

My fps used to stutter like crazy around 8-10 minute mark. First thought it was CPU related (throttling or something, but temps were fine). But somehow with these changes it completely stopped. So thank you very much :D

Why when i change graphic level my screen just freeze for 10 min or 7min why is that??

DX9 Legacy is no longer optimized by Riot, their main focus is DX 11. Even Microsoft doesn't seam to care much about it - since there's updates that broke its stability and no fix was released up to this date. Point being, DirectX 9 is 20 years old. Even 10 years old Graphic Cards support DX11 - which was released back in 2009 (13 years ago). Have a laptop with R7 M260 GPU released back in 2014 - and after a LoL patch - started having huge performance issues running LoL in DX9 - which was the main DX for the game at that point (not legacy yet). Fortunately, they were beta testing DX 11 - which could be activated in the client - only if you add a new line to LoL game config (there was no option in the client) - and doing that is what "significantly" improved the LoL performance for this card. Under DX9 - i would get huge FPS drops in team fights (averaging around 21 FPS and dropping to 2 FPS - just pictures) - sometimes even early at jungle creeps. Yet, with DX11 enabled - i get around 70 FPS at start - and around 30+ FPS in heavy team fights (still smooth and stable - or at least playable). Last year - starting with patch 11.6 DX11 became the main DX used by LoL while DX9 became legacy. That being said, if you're running a GPU released up till 14 years ago - then DX9 is the only option for you (cause that card doesn't support DX11). Tho, if you're having performance issues - purchasing a better and newer GPU could be the only fix - since both Riot & Microsoft - are not whiling to waste any more time optimizing a DX which they seem to deem as obsolete.

when i turn on vsync it unlocks the fps cap even if its set to 144 is that okay?
also I do have a gsync monitor, but i still have screen tearing when moving with the camera in game.
until now i was playing on borderless with fps cap of 120, without vsync and it worked well but locking on 120 with a monitor of 144 feels wrong.
any higher than 120 creates screen tearing.

mine is from 200+ to 0 real quick!

I have a dell i5 core Intel uhd graphic card 15 gigs ram but league is still laggy what's the problem?

turn off sound you will make the game run smooth and fps is constant

My shit is at 4 fps down from 130 last patch, happened once last year. Either from game update or windows update fucking annoying as shit because I cannot find the fix from last year.
