A story that needs to be, and should be told. Great job.
ОтветитьLooking forward to seeing the movie.
ОтветитьSo looking forward to this one!
ОтветитьThis is a story that needs to be told. I truly hope it will be made into a full movie.
ОтветитьOur previous ND Governor Bergum is well aware of "The Lost 74" & was just appointed Secretary to the Interior and another position, so he will 'Getter done the North Dakota way.' Cross ✝️ your fingers!!
ОтветитьAs I watch my Aunt, Uncle and cousins in this short portrayal of their life it is very emotional.
With a lump in my throat and tears, I thank you for bringing this story to light.
❤️😞
ОтветитьFantastic job, Bill. Let's hope and pray that your shipmates finally get the recognition they justly deserve. 🙏🇺🇸
ОтветитьBravo Bill! This story needs to be told.
ОтветитьGreat Job Bill!!!! We love you and Great Job at making this!!!!!
Ответить❤Myy uncle Ernest Sage and Auntie Eunice Sage...They were kind people The actors who portray them did an excellent job!Looks just like them, especially My Aunt Eunice.
ОтветитьBill and everyone else that was involved, AMAZING JOB! Absolutely love it! ❤️
ОтветитьExcellent. This should be a feature film. War is hell and the Evans is an example of how mistakes get the good guys killed. The reason the Evans was in the area is support for our war effort in Vietnam. A foolish waste of American lives that entire conflict.
ОтветитьMy brother-in-laws brother, Patrick Glennon, was on that ship and was one of the 74 who died that day.
ОтветитьThis was very tastefully done. Being a Navy Vietnam Veteran, this was hard for me to not shed a tear or two. We had just left Vietnam shortly before this happened. We were actually in Guam transferring an LST over to the South Vietnamize Navy and training them on board, before going back to the world to our new duty stations. We heard about this when it happened, but I did not know that there were 3 brothers on board the Evans. It was always my understanding that the Navy did not allow brothers to serve together on board a Naval vessel during war time. I was under the understanding that ever since the 5 Sullivan brothers in WW2 were killed on the same ship that the Navy made that ruling. Maybe the ruling did not apply because Vietnam was not a declared war, but instead was considered a conflict.
ОтветитьThank you, this story needs to be told.
