First one....Your weight can stay the same but you can lower fat levels...He didn't understand them ...number on a scale means nothing ,fat percentage is different thing ..

The last one was incredibly hilarious. Pavlov ourselves by shocking ourselves every time we're about to go towards a bad habit. But the kicker being that we have to press the button ourselves to shock ourselves. Basically just rebranding shock collars and other shock items into a watch-like wearable, ALL FOR $200 LOL. And they're exactly right, if you have the discipline to press the button to shock yourself before you start your bad habit, it's much easier for your brain to just decide "I'm not going to shock myself" instead of associating the bad habit with the shock lollllll
