see 1stly you have to go to support spotify site , then scroll down there you will see Contact us , click on it , then you will be redirected to next page , then click on message us , after clicking on that , a chatbox will open , in begining a bot will handle it , you can see some scenes from the video follow them , and after following the steps , a real person will talk to you in end , explain your prblm to him, then after that he will first confirm that by asking you the name of device in which that account last signned in , and after that he will ask you for a gmail account ( make a new gmail ) , then he will connect your account to that gmail account . error fixed ...
