Hey just a heads up, practicing tracking won't make your flicks a lot better but it will give you more precision because 1. Gives a lot of mouse control (pretty much builds muscular memory considering you dont change sens) and 2. Improves lag reduction (faster reaction upon a target moving in your screen). A lot of scenarios that use moving targets work both tracking and click timing and its not that recomended to train just click timing (most guides put some target switch in there that usually trains tracking too)
