ОтветитьHow often can these be done .. i am trying do squats and lunges daily (30 each) and 1 specific day for more intense leg workout. I am thinking of adding shin exercises to it but should it be added to daily or the weekly once routine any suggestions ?

ОтветитьI go to the gym every day now and I went from not going at all to running and lifting every day for an hour. Now that I wanna go up weights, I’m concerned because my shins just really hurt all the time now. I’ve beaten the central fatigue but not the shin pain

ОтветитьWill this help with playing basketball? I’ve picked up weight but I’m back in the gym & losing weight. But after playing the front of my legs hurt & it always feels like shin splints. That’s why I can never play 2 days in a row.

ОтветитьSince I started with football again, I've had shin splints for about 4 months, I've looked for different solutions to treat shin splints and they haven't helped me properly. But once I found this, it has helped me immensely. I've never been so thankful and I hope my shin splints will eventually get healed completely.

ОтветитьHey doctor jo. I just started jump roping again do you think i should switch to running instead to slowly build up muscle? I have big calves but they're not cut to where my muscles are showing on them. So i obviously need to strengthen them and i plan on doing these everyday. Im just stressing on it because im so close to having an aesthetic body but im struggling with this problem. Any feedback would help. Thank you.
