How to Change Screen Refresh Rate With NVIDIA Control Panel - Fix 144Hz Showing 60Hz Tutorial

Good man 10/21/23 worked for me after I did all Nvidia fixes

i don't have display settings on my nvidia controll pannel

i dont have a native resolution on my 2k monitor and my signal resolution is 4k

This is Due to windows update after update it happens

My refresh rate stuck at 60 no option for 120

How can I change it back to 60hz mine is 60.496

display wont show up on the control panel

I only have 3D settings, the other settings are not present

Yea for some reason I only have 60hrtz for mine even in my NVIDIA control panel...

Every time I do this my screen goes black…I’m using a display cable and my monitor supports 200hz so I don’t know why it goes black…any solutions?

I got a new monitor, and I was looking like wtf this has 240 hz why it shows me only 60, then it came to my mind OHHHH i have to change the settings on the monitor itself XD

So if I go to the display it shows intel not nvidia graphic card so I have intel as a processor but my graphic card is dedicated and it's a gtx 1650 laptop so how do I change that

Also make sure to use the right cable. My DP broke and been using hdmi... kinda forgot and ive been stuck on 60 without even knowing it SMH LOL
