Badlion Client Stuck on Authenticating Fix

when going into task manager i cant find badlion client in there so when i restart it thinking all the badlion tasks are gone it just goes back to authenticating

In your computer you close the Badlion but I not close cause if i close Badlion there no bad lion task

mine is downloadung new assets for more than 2 hours and when its done it installs again and again pls help
