Doing this tuesdays, thursdays and sundays and updating but I started like a week ago so I’m starting to write on day 5
Day 5: i feel like it’s a bit easier now
Day 6: I’m starting to notice I’m doing it more properly now
i did this for 2 days and i already see results!! (and btw i don’t follow a diet)

my thighs before 58,5 cm /calves before 34 cm
Day 1:✅ it's so hard
Day 2:✅Done its easier today but my muscles hurt
Day 3:✅ it's actually so much easier
Day 4:✅ Done 💪🏼
Day 5:✅ Done 👍🏼
Day1: done ✅ but 3 last move hard i can't
Day2: done ✅ but last 1 move i can't
Day3: done ✅ last move done ✅ but hard keep going 🤓

Day 1- ✅️ felt a huge burn and took break during last few exercises
Day 2- ✅️ my legs were sore and cramped due to day 1 but still did it, took some breaks in between.
Ill be doing this for a month +week so ill remind Dec 25th! (A week extra bc I already did a week of this. Honestly no results but I did start a diet within that week. I cheated on it 3 days already BUT NO MORE. TMMRW IM HAVING MY LAST CHEAT DAY BC FAMILY PIZZA MAKING)

- DAY 1 - ✅
near the end, I kept stopping in the middle of the workout. It burned and my legs wanted to collapse. I needed water after.
doing this untill i like my legs
measurements: both 54 cms
day 1 ✅ this was very hard
day 2 ✅ still very hard
day 3 ✅ easier and i think im seeing results
day 4 ❌ wayy to busy
day 5 ✅ my mom keps getting into my room so i had to stop so many times

Day3✅ can't even climb the stairs( today able to squats but lunges are still left)

pretty simple but the last few exercises took me out
(did some sums squat pulses but didn't finish, also didnt finish the sumo squat hold but i did everything else!! its natural not to finish a workout perfectly on the first go, so it's alright for now :))

almost finished each of the last 2 exercises!!
was a bit challenging today because i did this at like 7pm (did it in the morning day 1).
cant wait to do this again!! excited to see the difference in a week :)))))

- Day 1: many extra breaks, the last one killed me.
- Day 2: Easier than day 2, less extra breaks
-Day 3: the burn. Almost did not finish.
-Day 4: Why is this not getting any easier. Finished but at what cost😭
I started this exercise a long time ago but then I lost motivation to work out. Thanks for bringing me back Emi ❤

Day1:burn in legs did 1 min for each
Day2:Burn in legs
Day3: I did a minute for each and held the squat for 3 minutes at the end
Day4: At the sumo squat pulses I hold it and keep holding until the video ends
Day5:keeping up mostly a burn in my right leg
Day6:Im really hoping this workout helps my legs🤞
Day7:I’m so sorry for not keeping up I will do this workout 2 times tonight
Day8:I kind of see a difference but I will be doing another workout

Doing this for 2 weeks. Ive always tried to workout but i keep quitting. But i am going ti do this now. I believe in myself ❤.
Day 1. ✔ It hurt but that means its gonna work!
Day 2. ❌ I didnt do because i ended up getting a cold.
Day 3. ❌ Still have a cold but i really wanted to do this i even searched up if it was okay for me to workout and it said it could help abit but doesnt recommend.
Day 4. Feeling better but i honestly dont care anymore so tomorrow im going to start at day 1 again even if im still sick.
Okay lets try this again. Day 1. ✅ felt the burn again as if it were the last first day.
Day 2. ✅ my legs really hurt today but I'm also doing other leg workouts too. And I got through it 👍
