I tried a lot of those apps and honestly the simple and free default ones from Apple are the best.

Only one I pay per month is Todoist for planning and it is also a free but I needed more features —- so I’m paying like $5-6 per month, wtf

I just want a calendar app that can work seemingly between apple and PC. Any ideas?

Lots of people knocking on Apple's calendar app. It's not perfect but I love its simplicity and bare-bones functionality. The only thing I DON'T like about it, and why I'm looking for another solution, is that it doesn't integrate reminders. All I want and need is a calendar app that shows my tasks/reminders IN CALENDAR, to have a visual of what tasks are needed when. I usually organize my calendar and reminders app side by side for this.

Motions app for iOS has 2 star with the 40 reviews it’s gotten.

I was looking for a integration of work calendar with personal calendar, this helps a lot. I think I'll go for Routine!

Calendars confuse me. I am looking for a new calendar app but I’m also looking to get away from having a Google calendar. That seems to limit me with a lot of stuff though.

So what is the best free calendar, app or is it apple calendar, or Google calendar?

Love me some new calendars, but the subscription model is getting ridiculous. Just let me pay $10 or whatever and be done. Also google would be the best but it doesn’t have time to leave notifications (imo best feature on iCal) which is just crazy. I mean they make google maps……seems like a no brainer.
