I'm using a Track pad. When I go to click & drag (which for me is a 3-finger drag) it does not work. Would like to let me in on the secret? Is there a keyboard shortcut or is this just another way that my software doesn't work like yours!?! Can't tell you how hard it was to import a movie from my photos!! You didn't show that on your video. You know if you guys could remember what it was like to be a beginner you make better beginner videos.

I followed this to the word and when I go to Favorites, I get the message 'No items match the current filter settings'. I'm using version 10.3.3

Hello, first off, great instruction! I had a question regarding the importing of media into FCP.
Once the video files have been imported into FCP, am I safe to delete the files from my computer's location, wherever they were stored locally (movies, desktop, etc)? Thanks!

Great stuff as always, Steve. I like these newer videos--no fluff, straight to the point.

favorites for preview clips is a really cool feature. Pr, Avid and Blender have it but FCPX, to me, has a simpler one
