How To Change Language On X Twitter App

I changed my "Other Languages" in X so that I can read posts, people, and trends in Chinese, Japanese, etc. But even after doing this, X doesn't translate posts in those languages for me.

Do you think you could help me out a bit? Maybe I'm just really stupid and am doing something wrong.
My preferred language is set to English. But my Other Languages is set to English, Chinese, and Japanese.
