Now THAT brought back the memories……thanks !!!
ОтветитьDefinitely the most beautiful beaches in America. They are breathtaking. Thank You.
ОтветитьWell done, as usual. But missing any Native perspective, most notably at the mission. Perhaps the Parks Dept neglects any acknowledgement of the fact the missions were created for colonization by way of destroying the Native way of life. The vast majority of people have little or no knowledge of historically & present day culture. You'd add such depth to the information you provide!
Ответитьu shud have gone north to south ... your drive would have been closer to the beach. great video
ОтветитьAs part of US Highway 101, PCH actually started at the Border, or maybe Downtown San Diego at least. It ran past the Convair aircraft factories from WWII and was also covered by Interstate 5 in sections, a small section and bridge goes over the San Diego River to Sea World Drive, (CHP station)
Definitely PCH thru
Torrey Pines and going North thru Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside , then covered by I-5 thru Camp Pendleton, some spots the old 101 bridges and road were visible years ago, until San Onofre where sections of 101 are the State Beach campground. Then it connected to where you started in Dana Point
Grew up in Cali & Remember So Many of the places on your trip!!
You Guys Did an Awesome Job!! Great to see you enjoying it w/your Dad!! That was the way I learned growing up- we were always going on road trips as a family!!
Great ending at the drive thru 🌲 Tree!! I Remember Doing That Too!!
Just Awesome!! Thank You!!
Looking forward to seeing more of your videos!!..🎉🥳🌲🗺️⛰️🌊🌞👨👩👧👦🚙❤️
Great trip. Thank you for sharing....
ОтветитьAll of it
ОтветитьEasy to watch, VERY informative. The best video covering the coast I have seen, to date. You're pace, mood/tempo is perfect for this format of informing your audience. Your dad is the coolest!!!
ОтветитьFather and son?
ОтветитьIn-N-Out is absolute dog food and it’s disgusting. I don’t know how people eat that.
ОтветитьI got federal what u think gone happen stupid
ОтветитьDEETJENS, my favorite place. My mom and I were there in 1985 and stayed in the Franklin Room. In 1986, I stayed there in the Fireplace Room. I visited Esalen at night and stayed in the hot spring tub, watching the stars it was heavenly. In the 1950s, my dad and mom and my brothers and I stayed at a log inn very famous. I don't remember the name. Mom was astonished with the begonias' seen passing by a home's porch. The fog helps the plants. Carmel was beautiful. DEETJENS is in a forest right across from the beach. Seals barking, Bluejays tapping on my rooftop at the Fireplace room, as I look through my window, my head on my pillow, the moon follows me through the redwoods. Heavenly! Fog in the air, firewood stoves burning, the restaurant with the best food. Quiet, quiet, quiet. That's DEETJENS. Cindy 👋
ОтветитьI'm glad you mentioned multiple times that there are way more things that you can do in many stretches of this highway than what are shown in this video. When the video first started out and you were in Orange County, that was my first thought - that there are tons of things you were passing up just in that area. But the things you did pick for the entire drive were all good choices, no complaints as far as making the whole thing a 7-day trip and trying to hit many of the best and most essential things. I'm glad you showed the Muir Woods here, that's one of my favorite places there is.
ОтветитьWhat time of year was this
ОтветитьYou make me wanna post even more of the coast!
ОтветитьThank you to you and your dad. I truly enjoyed your beautiful trip. I visited many of the places you visited.
Happy New Year 2024!🎉😊
Amazing ❤ I think it's great you had the opportunity to do this trip with your father..what I wouldn't do to have had the chance to do something similar with my father..I miss spending any time with him as he passed in 2014. Time well spent is valuable. Great video man
ОтветитьMy dad is gone and my husband is gone. Both were great for road trips. I've done the coast several times. Great job highlighting the coast. In September we saw rocket launch at Vandenberg from San Diego. I've lived most of my life in Washington.
ОтветитьYou and your dad make these trips so personal. My wife and I love watching your trips, thanks so much, God bless!
ОтветитьIs that GTA V?
ОтветитьOne of my favorite drives ever. PCH from San Fran to Ft. Bragg then up to Eureka. Epic!
ОтветитьBeautiful! What time of the year did you do this trip? Thanks.
ОтветитьMy favorite part was all of it! Fantastic Journey for both of you. Love it❤
ОтветитьMint mojito from Philz! can't go wrong.
ОтветитьYes, very interesting town. There was an old TV western that talked about the 20 mule teams
ОтветитьI LIVED FOR YEARS IN CAYUCOS AND MORRO BAY AND WORKED IN HEARST CASTLE ❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьIf you’re black or brown, or from the south you’re going to hate neptunes net. It’s extremely bland. And when they get crowded the quality is trash. Over fried/tough/rubbery bland seafood. So go for the vibes and experience not the food lol
ОтветитьMy husband and I did the PCH from Dana Point up to Santa Cruz so I was glad to see the rest of it through your lens ❤️❤️❤️
ОтветитьMy favorite part is …….all of it! Plus your father & son bonding ……Love it. Thank you for taking us to places that we can’t ❤
ОтветитьWhat an amazing video on the PCH!! Having grown up in N. Cal and lived in Ft Bragg for a while, I’ve been on it several times but see by your video that I’ve missed some things! I’ve lived in Michigan for the last 40 years but get back to the Golden State often. I need to get back on the PCH soon (maybe via Route 66…another great video)!! Love your work, keep em coming!
ОтветитьBonito viaje que isiste con tú papá 😇😃
ОтветитьYou don’t seem much shorter than your dad. How tall are you?
ОтветитьEnjoying your film has made me fall madly in love with you.
ОтветитьThat tree is iconic!
ОтветитьLovely start to 2024
ОтветитьLove Pop’s cap: ILL INI
ОтветитьWow, I can't believe that your dad is 6'7. I never noticed how tall he is. I love the bond both of you have throughout your wonderful travels ❤
ОтветитьAwe……your battery for a car couldnt get you home😂
ОтветитьYou are a lucky guy. Nice video
ОтветитьAnything In n Out is great! Miss them back East here in Indiana.
ОтветитьCalifornia is so beautiful and the weather is great.
ОтветитьThank you!!!!
ОтветитьLove how you honor your "pops"! Looks like you guys are so fun! I enjoy how you narrated this. Great photography, thanks!❤
ОтветитьSuper awesome and thanks for the journey I took with you 2. One day I'll take a road trip with my son...
ОтветитьI think towards the end of this awesome video was it was commented on as "anti-climatic" because like all vacations end and sadness and end of the road is depressing...
ОтветитьStuff me! You have to get to Malibu?
Ответить
