And yes, there's a difference between his normal voice and his "Ballistic" voice. In his "Ballistic" voice, there is a fifth layered on top, so all of his notes are power chords.

For context on why these two are having a rap battle, Natsuki was walking home and decided to visit the MC at theit home to pick up her manga, but she when did, she notice that MC home was a mess and found a tall bomb guy.

They went back and force with questions, with Whitty getting annoy and insult Natsuki, who shot back a insult that cut deep as she can tell that Whitty was also full of shit, and Whitty went Ballzit.

Whitty wanted to kill her, but he couldn't as he knew Carol would be piss.

So he challenge her to a rap battle instead and decided to use the notes to hurt her.

But little did he knew, Natsuki is a poetry writter and was learning how to sing for years.

And that how this rap battle between two hot heads started.
