I have one question: You demonstrated the process with Claire, but does it work the same way with Leon if we follow these steps? Or are there any differences? Since I'm still a beginner, I'm curious if there are any variations. I would appreciate any input from those experienced in modding!

Trying to mod re4, might also dabble in DMC5, if all else fails ill try re2 to make sure i can successfully make a mod.
notes:
if the chunk isnt extracting, you need to open the extract.bat in a text editor and rename the .list it is referencing to the name of the one you are using.
make sure you have space on your hard drive or else the files wont extract lol.
was getting an error with the noesis plugin, only reason i can figure is it might not work with re4.
in blender there is an addon i think that will batch rename bones. so i was able to batch rename everything to end in .L and .R to make symmetry work without all the hassle.
had to download .NET 5 for mdf manager to work. also downloaded a version of mdf manager which supports re4 found on the discord server

I followed this tutorial and tried to export the modified fbx to Dragon's Dogma 2 mesh, but it will lose all rigged weight on mesh.

Hey Raq! I've been recently trying to do a very simple blood retexture for RE2 (only blood textures and drips) since they originally look a bit low quality.

The problem im having is im going crazy for a simple texture i cant find cause Noesis cant preview any RE2 file for some reason.
Im still learning, but i was wondering if you could help me directly like

I know a simple blood texture could be replaced in less than 3 min (its just a .dds file), but im strugglin to learn modding this game... Could i add you sometime in discord and send to you the blood textures? or maybe you show me where in less than 3 min ? thanks

can we use this tutorial to reskin re4 original?

You forgot to mention: in order to get the correct list associated with the .bat file you need to change the extension .bat to .txt and paste the name of the file list that you want extracted. I haven't found any explanation on how to do this, idk maybe it is too obvious.

Hi! Is it possible to unpack Pak Files from other Mods? I would like to change something on a model of a mod that downloaded but I get an Error using the extract Tool.

For anyone having trouble with not being able to extract any of the paks despite having the RE2_RT_PC_Release.list all you have to do is change the name of it to re2_pak_names_release.list

What if I no have nrmr or albm textures, and is there a way to convert the normal textures to be an nrmr?

What a kick on the ass is blender giving to 3dmax, that paid software with horrible interface.

Your tutorial is so helpful, the 3d part is not difficult for me because i am 3d artist but i use 3ds max. The difficult part for me will be to learn Blender (which i have never used) and the programs you said we must download. I hope i manage it because i have so many ideas for both RE games and Tekken 8 to make.

Hi, do you know how to extract image files or their locations? I want the loading screens for RE2R, but without the text. No one has uploaded them without text online though, so I figured I try to do it myself.

i keep getting this error when loading noesis (with the addon), complaining <!DOCTYPE html> in line 7, and then the plugin simply doens't work.
