How to Save and Exit a File using the Nano Editor in Linux.

when trying to exit nano (ctrl x) it shows the message: [to suspend, type ctrl z ctrl t]. I didn't change anything in the config. Just installed endeavouros and it's like that out of the box. Any way around it?
