Thanks.
ОтветитьEvery swimming video gives slightly different techniques
ОтветитьI am here a bit late like six years, do you still have any swimming caps left?
ОтветитьThe fourth exercise is the most difficult. My head is always not close to the surface enough when rotating to breath. Will try more.
Ответитьgoofy ahh
ОтветитьHow do you breathe while your mouth is still filled with water?
Ответитьas he takes a breath in he goes underwater with his mouth still wide open! isn't it getting filled with water when he does that!?
ОтветитьAre you supposed to be like pushing the air out of your nose? Or like a normal breathe? I find a lot of resistance when I try to do this.
ОтветитьThis has helped me feel less out of breath, but I find the moment I do not have the kick board, I feel like I am sinking (especially when breathing to the left—my non preferred side). Any tips to help with this?
ОтветитьMy lower body seems to lose balance and drowns whenever I raise my head to breathe.
ОтветитьI figured out how to breathe but I am worried that I'm noisy....😅 I believe I'm exhaling too hard under water.... 🤔
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьThe water keeps going into my mouth though...
ОтветитьThank you for this video. I am following you and i am learning some technics.
Ответитьفيديو مفيد رغم قصره. ما قل و دل. شكرا
ОтветитьOne of the best video I ever watched on breathing … I must have watched this like 100 times to improve my stroke..
ОтветитьWater keeps coming up my nose cause I cant get myself to breath out of it lol
ОтветитьThanks for you , why i can't exhaling through my nose under water , any advice . Thanks
ОтветитьWhy am I drinking whole swimming pool while trying to breathe in :-)
ОтветитьPlease post subtitle in serbian language.Thanse.
ОтветитьHow do I know what percentage is through nose and mouth?
ОтветитьThanks this helped me a lot
ОтветитьMy problem is when i turn to breathe, water gets into my ear. How ti prevent this?
ОтветитьStarted swimming lessons again. I was told to exhale all the time while looking down but the advice to just exhale as you turn your head for a breath makes sense to me. Exhaling all the time leaves my breathing out of sync. I'll try this. Thanks
ОтветитьI drink lots water in the pool XD
ОтветитьVery nice explanations 👍👍
ОтветитьI'll try this tomorrow and hopefully would be able to breathe while swimming
ОтветитьI used to exhale on the bottom which was very hard since the pressure of the water is more than the air pressure in my nose. Its much easier since the pressure of water is less at near the surface
ОтветитьI’ve recently started learning to swim since last 10-12 days and I’m able to do front crawl, however I’m not able to breath properly, almost every time I bring my head out, either water goes inside my mouth or nose, I sometimes end up opening mouth before it’s out leading to water going inside and then when I do this right, I forget to close mouth before I put my head inside again, leading to water going inside mouth, also when I pull my head out, my feat goes inside again, I then have to align myself again to continue, is this just me or it is expected? This is really making me very disappointed & demotivated 😣
ОтветитьMost of d coaches teaches to start exhaling just before entering into d water and exhale completely in d water and then to turn our head to take a breath...but hear u said really different thing to do, K will try to practice it and see how it feels, thanks for d video
ОтветитьOne big question. I see that your mouth is still open when you go underwater, how do you keep water from going in ?
ОтветитьSir thanks...
ОтветитьWhy do you take air always on the same side ? Would'nt it be more appropriate to balance your body and take air on the left and the right within five storkes ?
ОтветитьDude, I watched your video yesterday and today I tried to follow your breathing technique and to my surprise it worked man, damn i can't belive it. I can't wait for tomorrow to continue honing this skill. thanks, bro.
ОтветитьBro thanks I’m trying to teach a kid to swim and this helps a bunch
ОтветитьI'm currently taking my swimming lessons, and I have to admit I drink alot of sea water every time I try to breathe like that,😭😅. I can trade water, float on my back this particular breathing technique is soo hard!
ОтветитьThanx for your suggestion
ОтветитьThe tip, to not to exhale all my air did it for me. I've been going to classes since September and I was not able to get it right unitll this weekend. Thank you!
Ответить한국말로 계속 자막 만들어주세요 고맙습니다:)
ОтветитьGuess who almost drowned in swim class because they forgot this technique 🙋♀️
ОтветитьThis is the first time I have clearly understood how and when to breathe in and breathe out . Do not laugh if I say that I am still learning though I am now 76 . Thanks from India .
ОтветитьI always thought I had to smoothly exhale while my head was inside the water ..thank you for teaching me the correct way...I will do that from now on.
ОтветитьI don't get it. How do I breath like you when you have your mouth still opened when you put your face into water. I would drink tons of water that way...
ОтветитьAt sea this is harder because the surface is not flat
ОтветитьWhen you come up to take a breath in from your mouth, are we still inhaling from our nose at the time but not noticing because it’s so small…
Like I was practicing in my bed turning my head to the side and inhaling in my mouth, but I feel like I’m inhaling in my nose too…
And I’m having such a hard time in the pool, because I get water in my nose and mouth…
Ive quit swimming like 4 different times in 2 weeks 😂
Lol I only need like half a second to get a full lung of air whever I race or do a sprint
Ответитьtq.... brother 😎
ОтветитьSo I have to learn the percentage of air I have to put out? Aight this gonna be easy
ОтветитьIt looks like you take in a little water when you open your mouth to exhale. Is that okay? I usually like bring out my head out enough to exhale.
