I hate how these videos always start off with a bias towards trying to prove that we should keep sharks around because that's somehow the ethical thing, instead of actually being neutral.

I'd like to see a little more evidence that sharks really carry out a useful function, or what would happen without them. Seems like the chief argument is 'we dont know, why risk it?'

I was always terrified of sharks up until about grade 6, when I saw this video and watched it, and my mind changed forever. I’ve now spent years yearning to have an opportunity to swim with sharks, and I’ll have it one day. Not sure when, but it’ll come. So yea, thanks for making this video :]

It is terrible what is going on with the sharks. I remember playing a game on the computer in which animals were instead of players and sharks were my favorite team. Coming back, it is very important to make others aware of this problem. However, to fight it. Unfortunately, sharks kill citizens of poor countries, for whom the only source of money is shark hunting. We need to educate these poor countries and their people, and find other forms of income for them so that they can live on. It is a pity that so few people talk about such an important topic. So seeing people working to change the way people see them does my heart a lot of good.
