One of the first things I build is the smoke launcher for turrets at clusters. Works beautifully.
ОтветитьYou can schedule pawns for anesthesia as well. The ones who act up or go mentally crazy. Also a non lethal dart gun works wonders as well
ОтветитьGives advanced tips - doesn't know hows to double click. excuse me wut
ОтветитьThe sniper rifle trick is gold, thanks a lot!
ОтветитьThe last trick was something I didn't knew.
ОтветитьThe wild harvest is such a good idea!
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьThe best way to deal with mechanoid turrets is by using smoke, just make a cloud and place your pawns inside of it and they are safe
ОтветитьWool, wall. Potato, potato.
ОтветитьJust refunded this game
ОтветитьHope the last one was reported. It’s an exploit after all
ОтветитьNo hablo ingles, pero muy buenos consejos 👍🏻
ОтветитьIs there a way to mine the same as you harvest ambrosia in this vid? I face that problem of having to always keep an eye on my miner. He mines first layer, I have to plan the next for him. I can't pick mine blocks blindly, they are inside a mountain. But he won't just mine all useful resources, he needs to be pointed. So if I turn away for a sec, he has to run all the way to another spot. Or stay idle if I don't mark the other spot. But then he needs to run back because I marked more blocks to mine there. Can't I just make him mine til he gets all the visible steel\silver\gold\plasteel\comp\uranium\jade?
Ответитьgreat tips you got there buddy
ОтветитьThese are pretty big brain ... much appreciated
ОтветитьExcellent
ОтветитьNever laugh at Randy
ОтветитьHere’s a tip if your pawn has massive addiction and you don’t want them to go on mental breaks when they go through withdrawal cut off there legs so they sit in hospital bed till it wears off
ОтветитьAnother good way to get the turrets is to use a launch pod to drop a melee pawn inside their minimum engagement distance. Obviously this works best for single turrets, but It's helpless to attack back.
Ответитьalways quality tips
ОтветитьThese were some pretty good tips!
ОтветитьAbout last tip, almost all mech clusters come with shield, so you can't snipe or bomb it with mortars. Any tips for that, exept for brute force?
ОтветитьVery nice videos - the 1st tip had me so confused first time around because I kept hearing you say "1 wool" and then you build sandbags out of wool - thought I had missed something :)
ОтветитьInteresting, I've just found you, while regularily consuming Rimworld content. For the low number of subs, you really got some nice video quality, especially the audio, most of the 50k sub channels have worse xD
Have a sub and keep bringing the content :)
Make sure to update the old tips since some of them is patched out
ОтветитьAmazing, thanks!
ОтветитьFor your next guide, you could include animal traps. Basically, outside your base or killbox, build a small tunnel house in an S shape, and hold the door open. Place a stockpile zone of a single tile, and set it to plant food or meals only. Animals will now come to you for easy taming or hunting. You can even kill dangerous but valuable animals, such as thrumbos and megasloths, with zero risk by just shutting the door behind them and waiting until they starve.
ОтветитьThese indoor jade fences, oh yeah :o)
ОтветитьDuck Duck Duck Goose.
ОтветитьWhoa collapsing roofs is genius. I knew the rest... well, fighting turrets I use cover and emp that suker
ОтветитьThat last tip will be a godsend, thanks so much!
Ответитьmake modded guides next !!
ОтветитьI usually use someone who trigger turret fire when other shoot. Useful have in this situation shield belt, EMP grenade and brave man that you can sent to death without regret
ОтветитьProbably a super obvious tip but it's something that always helps me. If you get a psychic/defoliator ship you can cheese it before you have or instead of using mortars. It seems that everything but scythers have a leash range while the ship is alive, so you can lure scythers into a killbox first without worrying about any of the other mechs. Then if you happen to have a bolt action rifle or better you can dance around the edge of their aggro range and step back before they can shoot, this causes the mobs to turn around and walk back to the ship. Can be done with 1 pawn soloing a whole raid if need be, but its slow, otherwise setup shooters 1 tile outside leash range so they dont hold aggro and lure with 1 pawn, triggering them over and over to walk towards you and then walk away. Pikeman and lancers are highest priority targets as they will more often than not outrange you but still follow this same leashing mechanic so you can deal with them slowly.
ОтветитьNICE bro
