I'm so glad I randomly discovered this movie, such a beautiful story, I cried so much for since the half past the movie

I cannot see this movie based on the trailer, alone. I'm sure it's a very good movie - probably a great feel good twist at the end. I'm sure many will tell me it's worth it. Nope.

I cry at movies. My wife doesn't. We bawled at this. Had to catch our breaths. We had my folks watch it but didn't warn then. My dad is a big, strong guy and my mom says they were both basically hyperventilating.

This is the only movie that has ever made me shed a tear. I never cry. Ive seen so many sad movies but this was the one. Shed a tear at the scene where Hachi was old and owner met him after many years. I mean the creators made him look so sad and the music in the background. Yeah it kinda got me. :D

I just rewatched this movie, AGAIN, just can't stop crying even if you watch it 100 times,still breaks my heart 😢

Thinking of watching this again, it made me cry so much when my nana let me watch it in 2016

The hardest part of the movie for me was when his wife returns back to their former town years after his passing and sees Hachi is still sitting where he usually sits, still waiting for his master.

I prefer the 1987 Japanese movie about Hachiko.

This movie is brings out the polars of emotions, the first half filled with happiness and the second half, I teared all the way through. The creators and filmmakers have done the best job as it really pulls on you watching this movie. If you're a dog lover like me, this movie may be very hard to watch but it is just lovely in a way as it shows how loyal dogs are

We watched it last night. When it was over I could hardly breathe. What a movie!

It's so heartbreaking.. I could muster the courage to see this movie only once. That was many years ago. Couldn't muster enough to watch it any more after that. I tear up on every scene I watch.
