ОтветитьI think that the use of weapons in Amnesia totally takes off the horror aspect of it, tbh. However, it's also a very creative way to continue the series and ultimately give us strength to combat the things, rather than just being scared of them and hiding in closets and so on and so forth.

ОтветитьI remember that on June 9 that when I was looking for the game of amnesia dark descent out of nostalgia I had seen the bunker in the search engine at first I thought it was a game from 2015 But my surprise was great when I found out that the game was not only recent but that it had been released 3 days ago, but I feel that it was more due to the fact that I thought that the amnesia saga It was over years ago

ОтветитьThe main problem with this gameplay is that is too well rehearsed. The author has played it before and knows exactly what is going to happen and when. There’s no careful exploration, no hesitation, no panic movements etc it’s like the player is on rails and moves automatically from a to b to c. Sorry but it completely kills the tension. I lost interest after 1h and will look for less rehearsed walkthrough

There's some extreme video compression pixulation in the Roman ruins section, but for people who want to know: We can hear footsteps & see silhuettes /shades walking around in that area when a gas mask is not worn during this section.
ОтветитьMan I was so hyped for this game... and it turned out... well, not bad but not what I was expecting. It feels like the lovechild of RE with all the resource scavanging and assembling and an indie dev's game where in order to not create a giant sprawling map it banks on making a big-enough map with areas of interest to find and come back to. In my humble opinion, the backtracking and fumbling around was a bit too much, you can tell by the player's actions during the ending parts that they just don't bother anymore and just rush for the ending sequence just wanting it get it over with and that's exactly how we as the audience feel. Well, at least I did. And I guess the game would be 100% scarier if we played it ourselves but the fact you get such and abundance of ammo, molotovs, fuel and shit makes you feel so much more in control of the game which to me it takes out of the experience. Lore is as always top-notch, Frictional always nail the "show, don't tell" though here character notes doing most of the telling. I like the new noise mechanics but a lot of the encounters seem a little cheap with the biggest danger being the rats that nibble at your feet. The main baddie of this game can literally be avoided with one of the most contrived horror clichés - hiding under the table. Hiding under the table from a monster that walks on all-fours, how the fuck does that work?! It took me out of the experience on multiple occasions but whatever, jsut a nit-pick. In the end I enjoyed about half of this video wit haround the half-way point till the end it was just me and the skip forward button every time I see a corridor and pausing every time I saw a note or something that isn't a corridor. I get that Frictional might never EVER catch the lightning in a bottle that was Dark Descent and I think they could have made this one much better had they had more time to work on it. They release games on about 5 year basis, Penumbra was in 2007, then Dark Descent was in 2010, which is an exception I guess, then 3 years later Machine for Pigs comes in and is kind of mediocre but still good (notice the 3 year period), then in 2015 comes SOMA, which is just Amnesia but in the future and slightly more lit, then 5 years later we get Rebirth, which is almost as good as Descend and now we get to the latest entry, Bunker in 2023, three years later like Machine for Pigs. See the pattern? Every 5 years we get really good games: SOMA and Rebirth, but every fewer years of development time we get mediocre-in-comparison entries like Machine for Pigs and Bunker. I'd love to see wha 2028 has in store for us if this keeps up! With this I conclude my comment essay that no one asked for.

ОтветитьThe game supposedly differs so on every playthrough there's some changes.
Codes are different and items / furniture change places.
Getting all achievements was a grind what i saw in one playthrough.
I can't wait to see Markiplier play this game.
