Instead of seeing ourselves as grasshoppers because we’re afraid, we can stir up the dream in our hearts and do as the spies Joshua and Caleb did. They saw the giants and said, “Hey, let’s go in at once and take the land because God is with us!” The key to their success in overcoming giants, and the key to our success when we face an impossible situation, is the word that God spoke to Joshua: “Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go” (Joshua 1:7). He was saying, “Be single-minded when it comes to obeying My Word and you will prosper. Don’t look at your obstacles.” Seek Him daily for His wisdom, His knowledge, His understanding, and His strength. Everything you need in this life is found in Him.

If we’re going to accomplish the things that God wants for us, we have to remember who He is. He’s the God who parts our Red Seas. He’s the God who speaks a word and heals the sick. He’s the God of the impossible. His hands are not tied. Don’t turn back. Take His hand and draw your strength from your limitless God! DR Jade
