I have a Dell Inspiron 13 series laptop with Intel i5 8th Gen Processor and 8GB DDR4 RAM (2017 model) on which I am thinking of "cloning" from my Lenovo chromebook since it has become laggy due to mere 4GB RAM....

Sir c drive ko clone karne kebad jab c drive ko format karte hain to ye msg ata he "this device is in use. Another program or process is using this drive .do you want to format it any way" what to do plz guide. I have also have changed the boot option as you showed using f2 button and pc opening as fast from before.
