Terraria 1.4 Empress of Light Summon Tutorial/Tips [SIMPLE GUIDE]

She insta kills the player if hit during the day, the only way to get her sword is to kill her during the day (summon just before morning) and kill her without getting hit to get the sword.

If you arent after the sword and prefer to take it easy then summon her at the start of night.

wait, can i cheese the sun mode empress of light? i mean, i was fighting empress and then it turned day but her hp didnt go back up, only her dmg got upgraded.

I managed to kill her first try in without glitches durind the night, then i killed her 4 times in a ROW during one day (no mods and no glitches)
(Me with the Zenith and other good accesories in a solar armor killing her in 10 seconds)

this is annoying for me cuz me an my mate did it an he took the terraprisma so now ive gotta fight it again to get the terraprisma cuz he dont play anoymore

I have a question: since the lacewing is classified as a monster, does that mean it can't spawn in a NPC village? Cuz my Hallow is really small and I have four NPC houses in the middle so no mobs spawn, been trying to get this thing for like 10 nights in a row with no luck

How tf do you stop it from despawning immediately after releasing the moth before you can kill it???

I killed her first try post moon lord, I was so nervous. It was actually pretty epic, I won but traded with her and went to close to home and killed most of my npcs 😂… but I got terraprisma now!

What gun are you using?

You can survive that attack if you use a dodge set up which makes it a one in four chance of getting hit or a one in four chance to not get hit I don’t know which one

This is my favorite boss. It feels like the first one you don't make a setup specifically to beat it.
It's attacks are designed to test your skill with unblockable pointed attacks and focusing on killing you rather than simply just touching me all the time.

How do you spawn it the prismatic lace wing keeps disappearing when i try to kill it

If the prismatic lacewing isn't spawning then make sure you are playing in 1.4 or above cuz it doesn't spawn in the other versions. Hope this helped some :)
