Percent and percentile are different. Percentage is number expressed as a fraction of 100. And percentile indicates a relative rank within a set. So if you are in the 90th percentile in a room of 100 people there are only 9 people higher than you (your’e top 9%)

So 90th percentile means you are higher than 90 percent of population who also took the test..
Also men's test only decreases because of the environment we live in. It has been debunked many times that men's test should drop as they age. 50 years ago test levels were double what they are today. There are still men in their 60's with high test today, you just have to stop living the typical American way. Today even 20 years olds are having low t issues.

Pull ups suck...end of story. Even if you are good at them. But time under tension will solve that. Just keep doing them and eventually they get easier. Still suck, but easier.

I started with ONE.
Three sets of as many as I could do.
Following week, three.
Following week, five.
...and so on.
I got to thirteen in three sets in the end, at 19st.

You need to look up how percential works. If you are in the 90th percentile, only 10% of people are better than you.

To be blunt: if your test is ‘low ish’ AND you have symptoms, go through a medical professional(Endocrinologist or a TRT clinic) ….and just get on TRT. It works reliably and measurably. It’s not cheating, it’s taking care or your health.

Continue to push yourself with healthy habits like shown here, but don’t rely on them to move your test significantly and consistently.

I started it 6 years ago at age 33 with test ~320. It worked and I felt whole again. Hard to describe, but I felt like a child reaching my hand up to the adult I was supposed to be (and used to be btw!!) and it was out of reach. Deflating, demoralizing, and beyond frustrating.

Do some research, do it the right way with the right medical supervision.
