CHAPTER 5: Crossroads

So simple and so powerful.

For anyone who is still hesitant to play the Last Of Us Part 2, I would play it! At first when I heard that (spoilers) Joel died. I told myself I would never play it. but eventually I replayed the Last Of Us 1 and got a feeling to try out part 2. after day 1 in Seattle I got hooked. don't be discouraged to play it just because some people on the internet are mad about ND killing Joel, the story is descent nonetheless but It's one of the best looking games I have ever played.

This game just taught me , everything is a little deeper than it seems

There's so much to say. but I actually thought Abby's story was very good. Really loved part 2. But, can never beat part 1.

When I first played this game, I was really struggling to get into the story after the section where you start playing as Abby. But I remember one particular scene, where after escaping the forest with Lev and Yara, Abby helps splint Yara's arm and this piece starts playing as she starts to leave. It was the first time I heard this track in the game, and I just remember it being this moment of clarity where I started to understand Abby, and slowly started to accept her role in the story and the game.

To this day, that is easily one of my favourite scenes in the TLOU II

After playing LOU I immediately jumped into LOU2 full of hopes and what not… after that cottage scene I felt so much hatred and wanted a cruel revenge. Now I’m at the point where Abby just left Yara and Lev and this song was playing. Made me stop playing it for now just so I could reflect on what happened. I can only imagine what is she gonna feel when she discovers all of her friends dead. What a great game!!! I don’t want this game to end… even tho I know I’ll be broken when the whole story unwraps. It wouldn’t surprise me if they all ended up dead… sad game, full of hatred, revenge

Great music, great voice acting, great story… as I said it before, I don’t want it to end
