The Biblical Attitude to Money

The history of money he gives is somewhat wrong. The world didn't go straight from barter to money. Rather, an intermediate period involved the use of metals as a medium of exchange according to their weight. Money was specifically bits of metal that were stamped to guarantee their weight and purity. That was what was invented in Lydia by Croessos. Then the value of the money was separated from the metals and invested in the tokens themselves.

I've learned a lot from brother David, help me Father God to be content with what I have and to use my money wisely and forgive me also for borrowing money to people and not returning them.

When I started watching his teaching from the Bible, I learned a great deal, and I had to watch more. He presents the Word comprehensively to an ordinary Christian like me;' it encourages you to love and embrace Christ Jesus our Lord and to desire to know Him yet more and more.

Before the crash of 2008, I worked as an admin for a financial institution. Before large loans would be approved, they would deeply analyse 6 months of the applicants bank account to examine their spending habits. From that, they could determine a person's character and whether or not they were worth lending to.
After a while working there, I was even able to see who they would lend to and who not.
I was shocked to see how obvious it was to sum up a stranger, predict their future trustworthiness and overall see what kind of human they were by seeing how they treat money.
Sad sidenote: This is not intended to be a sexist comment, but rather a long term observation:
While working in this field, I saw that there are wonderful men and women who handle their finances right, however it saddened me that were many, many women who gave up their all their savings, assets, inheritances and any securities they had to fund loser men, who never repaid them or proved worthy of investment.
This didn't often happen the other way around, men, in general, seemed to be more wary of goldiggers.
It was always women pouring everything - willingly - into Walter Mitty deadbeats. That shocked me most. The amount of times I wish I could have called them to tell them how their finances could accurately predict their ruin.

I agree with what he says, with one exception: saving money in the bank for 0% interest rate is not a great idea, especially when inflation is 5%. For the same reason I would never consider contributing to a private pension (it is also unsustainable to work 35 years, then collect pension for 20 years; the system was originally designed for 3-5 years pension after retirement if I remember well. This combined with an aging population is a recipe for disaster, no thanks for me)

Its good to read the "Present with Religion", a book available for free on the internet.The book is about the truth of life and it shows the full picture of life for the first time so that you may stop being deceived by the world and be able to follow the steps of Jesus and other prophets to Heaven.Knowing the whole truth of life is the key factor in our salvation.We must know the real truth and live in it and change ourselves according to it in ordee to be saved.There is no other way to oue salvation.With the knowledge of the truth there comes true repentance which means chamginf our mins and also true obediance to God' s law and finaly our sanctification which is a lifelong process.And God in His mercy will give us Hia wonderful grace which is the timw and abilityvto make the proper change.Only in this way will we be able to attain oue eternal salvation.Our task is to find this narrow gate that leads to God and do it quicky and atay on it till the end no matter what.Then and only then we will be saved.There is nothing more important or serious to do in this fallen worldcaao our eternal fate depends on it.

Why would I give to organizations with whom I have fundamental doctrinal disagreements? If they can't figure out exactly who god is why should they get any of my money to spread their faulty doctrine? What am I referring to? Basically THE TRINITY. God most definitely is not a trinity. He has declared over and over in bible verses that HE ALONE is God and there is no other.

Jesus told the rich man to give away all he had and Paul wrote that no one should have more than they need, and no one should be in need. have you followed their example? I didn't think so.

So if money is what you give your life to, you can’t save God.

Hold up. Speaking about the Old Testament saints yes they new about going to heaven at a later time. Hebrews 11:13 “ These all died in FAITH, not having recieved the things promised, But having SEEN them and greeted them from afar , and having acknowledged that they were STRANGERS and Exiles on the Earth. “
So Paul here had just mentioned previous verses about Abraham , Sarah, Jacob Isaac and so forth. They all knew . Even Martha understood there would be the resurrection on the Last Day.

The Rich man represented the Pharisees. It’s in the context before the allegory of The Rich man and Lazarus. The Pharisees always looked down on the poor and devoured the houses of the widows! Recalled that even during prayers the Pharisees would say out loud “ Oh I thank God I’m not like this Tax collector!” A sinner! “ so in the future the table will be turned! The Pharisees who don’t believe in who Jesus was , will not be in heaven and yet the poor people who believed will be sitting in thrones! And you can imagine how these Pharisees feel? Seeing they lost everything! They didn’t Even Believe that Jesus came back from the dead and now the Pharisees or Rich man is really feeling the heat! Recall that they believed only in Moses. And in the Law the priest would sprinkle blood on everything even the people. And even Aaron and his sons had to take the lambs blood and put it on the thumbs and Toes. And here it is this Rich Ruler begging for Lazarus basically to try to get him out of his situation . It’s to late.

Jesus christ was very humble owned the world 🌎 And didnt even have a dollar 🙄 on him had borrow a dollar to pay ceaser taxes .

The worst invention was the credit card 💳 And they named it well .Mastercard because the debt master you for the rest of your life .Layby was good and got a thrill when you paid it of .And Government's are borrowing money 💰 and selling of assets like its a Garage sale .And now people are been charged high taxes .Why so much 🏡 homeless high land taxes and rents going up .And people families are now living in Tents ⛺️ Its true the rich are getting richer and poor are getting poorer .This world 🌎 is becoming like charles Dickinson days and the bleak house .

He is a Preacher of ALL THE COUNSEL OF GOD. HE PREACH EVEN THOUGH FOR SOME MIGHT FIND IT HURTFUL BUT ITS THE TRUTH...THE ENTIRE TRUTH..

We love Him because He Speaks the Whole counsel of God not 1/2. And some will only speaks in their own benefits and out of the biblical text.
