Install prereqs on a kubernetes worker node and add it to the cluster. Slowly stir till ready (about 3 minutes)

based on this guide: https://docs.microfocus.com/itom/Operations_Bridge:2018.11/Prepare_the_server

the command for time sync is: vmware-toolbox-cmd timesync enable

the packages installation command is: yum install java-1.8.0-openjdk libgcrypt libseccomp libtool-ltdl net-tools nfs-utils systemd-libs device-mapper-libs lsof unzip chrony rpcbind httpd-tools -y
