Excellent!
Ответить11 years vegan for me, 6 years for my husband... 🥰🌱🌿💚✨️
ОтветитьI was sick before veganism too. No doctor knew what I had😊
ОтветитьIt’s helped so much!! It’s changed life for the better❤❤❤
ОтветитьIt is in the Bible that if u eat raw vegetables for 3 months, this will create a good change in any health issues. A committed 3 months of raw vegetable diet
ОтветитьSame I had stomach issues and was tired of the medicine and lies
ОтветитьStop using aluminum pots or pans
ОтветитьPlant based diet why only means salads....try indian cuisine
ОтветитьThis definitely doesn't work for everyone though. I don't eat alot of meat, but if I dont eat eggs, milk, cheese, and honey, I simply am not happy, full, or healthy. I play sports and have a fast metabolism so i need that animal products.
ОтветитьVegan 🌱
ОтветитьVegan against animal abuse
ОтветитьIts the horrific animal abuse for me ❤
ОтветитьWhat was the actual problem which couldn't be fixed by doctors??
I always seem to hear some random disease or problem not solved by doctors then they go on to fix it by their imaginary solution, please name them
can someone tell me the black thing that she washed first
ОтветитьIt will preserve your health and beauty!
ОтветитьGastrointestinal problems so had to change my eating. The pescatarian way seem best for me at first, but I may eat eggs or lamb but trying to cut those out as well. I also intermittent fast. This journey can be difficult when so many around me eating everything I CAN NOT. I’m at my ideal weight & feel best now. Discipline & exercise has helped me. ❤ 😊I cut out white sugar & high fructose corn syrup, & GMO CORN in everything in USA. READ ALL LABELS ON FOOD, or stay with fresh 🥕 🥦 veggies only!
ОтветитьMore nonsense
ОтветитьMore power to you! Choosing a plant-based lifestyle has been a game-changer for me! Not only have I noticed a positive impact on my health – more energy, clearer skin, and better digestion – but it's also a powerful step towards reducing my environmental footprint.
ОтветитьIt’s not a wfpb if you drown it in oil girl! Literally all of the plant bates doctors tell us to stay away from oil as it damages our heart and also has tons of calories in it
ОтветитьI remember meeting a vegetarian mom whose kids had never eaten meat, and I was blown away. And thought I could never do it... but then I realized what I was doing to my body and to the animals and people in those factories, and all of plant based meals started looking too good to resist. It made sense to me on every level, and my four children have only ever known a plant based diet. Anyone can change when the stars align so to speak. :(
Ответитьthe ones on keto says the same exact thing for keto this is unbelievable
ОтветитьGodDe us designed to eat meat too. Remember they eat lamb meat
Ответитьvegan for the animals!!!!!
ОтветитьIs your blood type A or AB?
ОтветитьI did vegetarian from 21 to 39 and vegan from 39 to 53. The only time I didn’t feel optimal was when I decided to do keto for 2 years because everyone said I would lose the weight I had gained while starting peri menopause. I lost weight, hair, all my strength, my muscles went flat as did my mood, and it was then I decided that what I had been doing for all those years was healthier and I just needed to tweak my plant based diet which is what I did. I’m back to lifting all the heavy weights, enjoying complex carbohydrates and feeling happy and well again. I agree that you need to find what works for you and your health.
ОтветитьVEGAN FOR THE ANIMALS❤❤❤❤❤ NOT just for our self serving reasons. We need to make changes for bigger reasons than just our own benefits
ОтветитьThis sounds fake
ОтветитьYou know I wonder if there is a correlation between ideal diet and ethnicity or where your people evolved and the diet they ate.
ОтветитьTry Indian foods like dosa and idli- they’re high in protein and very tasty!
ОтветитьHmm.. Plant-based or Vegan dear one?
ОтветитьBut then you go and eat corn sooooooo
ОтветитьWas raised by war children and we ate what was put in front if us. Even as a kid, i knew too much animal protein did a number on my system. When I went out on my own, I changed my diet. For the most part I am a vegetarian using American definition of the term. Started to feel better almost instantly. Fish was ok, (pescetarian), eggs were ok, but beef, lamb caused issues. So I just continued with what makes me feel good. Listen to your body people!
ОтветитьFact!
Ответитьlooks so yummy, but what about bloating?
Ответитьaside from a health factor, imagine not understanding that some people don't want to eat other living beings. wtf?
ОтветитьBut, you’re eating corn, SMH!
ОтветитьGut issues are common in western countries.....but Indians have been vegetarian since centuries.....u don't have to vegan...vegetarian is enough to stay healthy
ОтветитьAs a Indian, even non vegetarian don't eat meat daily, once or twice a week sometimes thrice a week.
ОтветитьHow much plant based food needed for protein matching up 1 serve of meat type food?
ОтветитьEver eat a pine tree?
ОтветитьSome people have trouble digesting meat.
ОтветитьExactly, we need more people like you spreading the positive of being a vegan like us. Being a vegan also gives you a ton of energy
ОтветитьDitching meat completely isnt good, you loose your cheek fat and muscles and and look old,but if it makes your health better, more power to you.
ОтветитьProcessed foods are so bad for you.. I watch what I buy at the store, I feel so much better eating mostly fresh foods cooked at home. I also cut back on sweets and dairy products...
ОтветитьJust about every other person I know or come across, has this same problem.. I went to the Dr.with the same stomach issues, he said it wasn't the food I was eating, but as soon as I changed my eating habits, my stomach issues got better.... I'm not on any meds, to sensitive.. I don't eat out like I use . I cook at home most of the time... Frayed foods are the worst for you ..
ОтветитьVeganism is about animal rights and eliminating all exploitation towards sentient beings. Not about diet.
ОтветитьThat doesn't mean meat isn't safe for the gut.
You probably got sick a while back and have never replenished your gut flora. It definitely takes veggies to do that.
You can also change some of dairy to goat milk which tastes as good as cow's milk if the goats are fed right and treated right.
Because you like veggies.. i dont
ОтветитьLooks expensive.
