I have signed in for the 7 day challenge, and because the weather is getting better, I try to add some 15k steps under my belt, with 10k being the minimum... today i made...16+K almost 17, plus your workouts and more drinking water... i am starting to feel better!! thank you!! ОтветитьHello everyone!! 🤣🤣🤣 I did this one. Due to my left shoulder torn rotator cuff I only could use my right hand to punch. I march across the floor left and right left and right and punch with my right arm. This left arm I dare not punch right now.🤣🤣🤣 1,882 Steps
