How To Install Realtek HD Audio Drivers In Windows 10 Tutorial

I don't have the box with the email but i have captcha and when i type the code in the captcha i have a timer when expires after 300 seconds. The link expired because the file with the Audio Drivers have been downloading for like 3 hours. I don't know that is everything okay if the timer with the link expire and i continue downloading the file ?

I've installed it but it doesn't have that program where it has lot of effects, and EQ or something. I have it before, now I bought a new SSD to replace so I want to install it back again but it just doesn't there. It says Realtek but doesn't have that program menu or something. Maybe that is something else from Realtek I can't remember 😅
