ОтветитьBeautiful review and those roads were amazing! although i dont think this RS6 has the Bang & Olufsen sound system. The easiest way to tell that is that there was no 2 front speakers on top of the dash that pop out upon start up. all in all great job man! im working my ass off to get one soon!

ОтветитьAfter driving all these fast wagons, while the RS6 is good, it is very overrated. Its driving dynamics are not the greatest, very dull feeling

ОтветитьGreat review. I really wish Audi would just bring over the standard A6 avant to the US, though. Even if they only do it through special order like Volvo does with the V90. They already offer the allroad and RS6, so how much could it cost them?

ОтветитьThe sound quality is great from that B&O. It’s a nice everyday car. Cars like Panamera, RS6 and some SUVs like Range Rover Sport Autobiography or SVR, BMW X5M, X3M, Urus, SQ7, Stelvio Quadrifoglio etc can do pretty much everything in one package. But to me the RRS is the best of all. It’s got great performance for an SUV, can go off-road( Not a ton of SUVs in these kinda markets have low range), spacious and comfortable while cruising. Everything that you’d need if you owned a single car. But everything comes at a big premium 😅.

ОтветитьIt's funny how a lot of modern DCTs have exceptionally smooth shifts, whereas many modern torque converter autos have some engineered shift shock to make them feel sporty.

ОтветитьI really don't understand it when I read or hear "I don't know how a dual-clutch would cope with this amount of power" when there are more powerful cars than this with DCTs. It's all about what you designed that DCT to do. And no, the whole "those cars cost 2x/3x more" argument does not hold up because economies of scale come into play at this lower price point (what a strange thing to type for a six-figure car). The one and only reason there is no DCT in Audi's non-MQB performance cars is because it costs way less to just use a single transmission across the entire model range and the ZF8 was ready-made off the shelf for all of these purposes where Audi would have had to further invest into their bespoke DCT to continue using it. That's it. That's the whole kit and caboodle.

ОтветитьSo much wrong with this car. 1. Too much touch. Climate control doesn't need to be touch. Ever. Fight me. 2. That instrument cluster. Oh lawd. When you switched to RS whatever mode. I cried. That tachometer. Eye roll. 3. It's a station wagon.
