Here in the VectorAssembler, shouldn't we only vectorize independent features and not include Target in the vectorizer. Essentially, I feel we are also inputting target also as a feature. Could you please check and confirm?

Thank you so much for this! ...a quick question please: why is the target variable included in your "required columns" that is used to compute the vectors for the features ? Isn't that information leakage ?
