I think the worst part about Felicity finding out is that it happened through Damien Darkh, and because of the situation with William being kidnapped, she and Oliver didn't have time to talk things out when it was revealed to her.

Thea understands that Oliver is not the same guy he was before the five year change. He's changed into a hero and understands his situation of him and his son.

Thea saw the bigger picture, I still can’t see why Felicity was mad. Oliver explained to Felicity the reason why he didn’t tell her, hell Samantha went out her way to explain even telling her that she wouldn’t let Oliver tell her or anyone. Felicity was to entitled, cause she actually left him cause he and Samantha agreed to go into hiding and they didn’t consult her before they did. Dude he’s barely this kids dad and you not even his wife yet, cut him some type of slack.
