Would you say this is better than white noise as my daughter is struggling to sleep lately.

I couldn’t even talk to anyone without headphones for months because of how overstimulating sound was, I listen to this every night and I can go into stores, talk to my family and do pretty much anything without headphones. I feel like it conditioned my brain over the past months. Helps me sleep too since i have tinnitus
