I should have found this video earlier before destroying my pot from trying to fry the banana pieces!!
I don't know why I didn't think of this. I would call them banana chips. And they look and sound so good.

Love 'nanner chips!!....I use an egg slicer....Cut 'nanner into chunks the same length as an igg....BUT, am gonna get this gadget--even quicker .....Y'all can't have too many goofy kitchen gadgets!!
