This is another video featuring a chubby, insecure gamer who has a curiosity about magic, but who doesn't have what it takes to actually perform the trick and make it look natural. So, in an effort to make himself feel better, more special, he chooses to expose the secret to a trick he didn't invent, and doesn't have the right to reveal. Magic is an ancient art that requires secrets to be entertaining. People who truly love and respect the art of magic closely guard the secrets, and practice for hours on their performance skills, in an effort to bring great joy and astonishment to people who watch them perform. The lame gamer dudes, often living in their mom's basements, feel mentally threatened because they can't figure out how a trick is done. So, they buy a few simple tricks, read the instructions, learn to do the trick with as much style and grace as a brain damaged lab monkey with only seven fingers, and then they make a "tutorial" video. They do this to look intelligent, and it makes them feel like there accomplishing something. What a sad existence. Even sadder is their lack of understanding as to what makes magic really magical - the secrets.

I have been a professional magician for over 35 years. I have worked with many of the modern masters of magic, developing routines and illusions for their acts, as well as my own. These reveals aren't hurting the real pros. Few, if any pros, perform such simple, toy looking tricks. These types of tricks are made for the beginners. They are a starting point type of trick. This type of reveal video is immoral because it reveals the workings of a prop that someone spent long hours, and many thousands of dollars developing. It's no different that bootleg video of major movies. It's a form of theft, but these insecure, sad little guys don't think in a normal, common sense sort of way. They only think of themselves, and trying to make themselves look and feel better, more important.
Because they will not devote the time and energy into perfecting the performance of a trick, they reduce the trick down to the level of a simple puzzle. In the hands of a real pro, this trick, even after being revealed, could be made to look like a miracle. The pro would add a twist that would make those who know the secret scratch their head, because that is how a real magician thinks. Some of my favorite routines depend on letting the spectator in on the "secret", only to turn around do the trick again, leaving him standing there with his mouth wide open in total amazement, with no explanation of what he just saw.

I hope all these sad losers who feel empowered by revealing these simple tricks will someday grow up, and actually learn to perform the tricks well instead of revealing them. When you can perform a trick in such a way that it takes that simple little trick and launches it into the miracle class, then you will experience a feeling that you have never felt before. You will be seen as a magician, and not a sad little revealer. It's so sad that these little guys usually never experience such personal satisfaction. Oh well, their loss.

Not cool to reveal magic secrets. You should spend more time on your performance. You can see the end of the pen in your right hand. Pretty lame overall!!! 

It's important to know that you need some manual ability that is not commond for everyone.
For example, I do not have big hands and I'm pretty sure I can't hide easily the pen in my hand!
Anyhow, for the morons, the trick was revealed in other 2 vids for that lack of manual ability and wrong camera angle.
It's nice to know you can't do it with every pen/pencil, so in't not a trick you can do at work/school with a borrowed pen.

First of all shut up and I did this video because people wanted to see how it is. And btw this is an easy trick. Great magicians that have big magic now a days are revealing them too

Why are you revealing the secret? No one will be able to do it anyway without the props. It is clear you are an amateur magician from your performance. If you had played with the props a bit more you would realise there is an extra part/bit on the pen which will help you perform the trick much easier. Stop running the magic for us professionals.

I said lol as well when I read the instructions on how to do it because I've watched many videos of it and I didn't even think about that.
