ОтветитьIn my life I have only been to one class where they taught Kundalini Yoga. I really enjoy this video and how you took your time. After the practice I close my eyes and I really could just see my energy colors with my eyes closed. I'm going to continue looking at your videos to do Kundalini yoga. I really enjoyed your practice. ОтветитьOh God, no. Kundalini yoga must be done with an actual guru. When practiced correctly, severe concequences will occur to its prsctitioner if they are deeply attached to the material world. The energy coiled up in the spine will unleash and travel in a straight line, unlocking each chakra one by one. This is something which cannot be taken lightly.

Ответить12/4/23 I found it difficult to keep my arms up, and i even paused a couple times 😭. But I still kept with exercise. After doing it, i feel changed. My energy feels awakened. I kept feeling this intense ass energy that...felt intense (i dont know how else to describe it to convey the intensity xDD). I felt light when doing the breathing exercises. Like my body felt light and my energy felt like it was on fire. Then when we were closing by pressing our hands togther, there was a heavy tingling sensation. Awesome session and video!! Thank you for leading it :D!
ОтветитьI thought u were an evil demon at first because of these exercises like i was 50/50 on ending myself it was so difficult but im now enjoying it 😅 im trying to open my third eye and kundalini so this is a worthy sacrifice.
My health is not too great so im not sure if ill ever see the day 😂
I was led to this video as well in a most magical way my body has been hurting and I’ve been very unwell and I have no Will to move at all. I never left my bed to do this. Wow!! It spoke to every part of my being I am instantly hooked so grateful for this incredible video and this beautiful young woman‘s energy and passion for her work. ❤ I swear I just had a heart opening when I’ve felt so closed down and sad. I feel peaceful open and loving, and this was just a beginner class, wholly cow 😊

I found it a little difficult to do a few if the poses because i gave gad painful hioscsnd lower back following a car accident and arthritis but i persevered and it was awesome.
I felt very shaky afterwards but so alive. Thank you Brett.
I will continue with this one for a while before trying something new.

ОтветитьFirst time doing Kundalini- I have been doing Hatha Yoga for ≈2 weeks and decided to try kundalini for a change. I didnt know what I was in for before I started, but after the practice, this is the most powerful thing I have ever done. I almost cried after the "ego-eradicator" breath of fire. You impart this practice so well on anyone watching. I will be coming back to this every day. My body feels completely immaterial in the presence of my mind. I might get addicted. Thank you for this video!

I did teach a kundalini class at one time but now I include a kriya occasionally as many of my students want a gentle yoga class. ОтветитьKundalini isnt for everyone to practice, if you dont have the right knowledge, maturity and reqched a much deeper level of consciousness. you shouldn’t preach something you dont know about. Kundalini is dangerous of practiced right and shouldn’t be taken lightly. Everyone wana become famous, please educate yourself
