Very reliable gun imo im on my 3rd i hunted deer this yr with the 5.56 with a 75 gr bthp 4 shots 4 deer last two were 160 and 202 yards only one went over 35 yrds after the shot im sold on em!!

I have seen a lot of bad reviews about radical weapons but what do you expect for a sub 400 dollar weapon.People will never cease to cheap out when ever they can which is a bad thing.

I've had a Radical RF-15 16" w/MHR handguard for about 3 years. Mine looks almost just like yours. Same furniture and handguard. Mine didn't come with flip-up sights, but it did come with an ambidextrous selector switch.

It's been very reliable and accurate. It has the SOCOM profile barrel (1 in 7) which I like for heat dissipation and accuracy. It shoots 1 to 1.5 MOA with many types of .223 and 5.56. Everything from 42 grain varmint loads to 77 grain match grade bullets. It's not very accurate with 62 grain Wolf steel case, but that's true of a lot of rifles. It's just not accurate ammo. The gun is rock solid.

Miss mine had to sell most of my toys a few years ago and never recovered from selling them. My radical ar shot amazing was my first and only ar and it ran like a dream would love another some day

Radical ar15s are of the absolute worst quality I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor buy bcm or something of that level . Even if you get lucky and your radical functions the company is full of the worst human beings I have ever spoke to or dealt with In my life . Don’t be fooled by the uneducated or the paid reviews these rifles are bottom of the barrel

I have the RPR and it's an awesome rifle..their armory is 15 miles from me and they offer a lifetime warranty...nice folks and they take care of any problems that pop up with no questions asked...very accurate and eats anything I feed it...

how are u getting one of these for $400? on the website they are $700

currently on my 2nd radical ar; both identical base models with mft furniture; first one cost $430...the current one cost $470; had 300-400 rounds thru first when sold it to pay a medical bill; ran it with pmag gen 2 & okay industry aluminum mags; current one is using hera h3t polymer mags...only got 110 rounds so far (tight budget); first one used utg metal flip up sights...current one has magpul flip up sights; I enjoy the more relaxed recoil impulse of the mid length gas system vs carbine length systems; my go to ammo is pmc bronze 223 55gr fmj

I bought my radical 16” 556 and 223, came with a sig sauer red dot and five magpul mags for $650
So far is been great and people need to realize they have changed and it’s a bang for you buck.

I agree! Just purchased one of these from the indoor range's resale store. No irons but it came with a Vortex red dot. Very first time firing, I was hitting the bulls eye with a 1" group at 25 yards after some 6 rounds to confirm the HOB offset. Not bad for a guy who has not shot a riffle in 35 years since discharge from the USCG. Nice review

Not junkie at all. I just replaced the trigger and the charger handle. That was it.

Honestly, is the ar 15s and 556 whether it’s a 10.5 or a 16 inch are absolutely perfect. You should only spend more money if you have a money to burn both have been very reliable no problems.

For the price point, I’ll go with a blem psa or zrodelta.

You pay for what you get, the reach a point of diminishing returns. A $400 AR makes up alot of money from a lot of places. A $2000+ AR you’re paying for a stamp and brand.

If radical has fixed their major QC issues, awesome. More options for everyone and to each their own. Still can’t be as bad as Bear Creek/AR Stoner 🤣

I just bought one of these. My first AR and for $625 it came with a Sniper precision optics made in China scope. I wasn't sure I got a good deal but now I think I did, what do you think.

I have their 556 socom 16" upper I slapped on my tm-15 lower with thordson frs3 furniture. Can't wait to shoot it. Got my kingslayer green circle dot I already had and backup irons from Ozark I already had for a long time. I have an m16a2 upper from white oak bull barrel and the lower was all milspec. This is a big change for me but I wanted a do it all gun. Loving the shorter length ❤

Mine should be here in a couple of days. Sounds like the AR version of the High Point carbine. Easy to poop on, but 99% of the naysayers don't know squat about them. Can't wait for mine to get here.

I took a chance on Radical Firearms last year when Kygunco had a 5.56 model priced at $399 shipped. That gun has run like a champ. I was so impressed with the Radical AR that I plan to add a few more calibers to my collection. Both 7.62x39 and .300 Blackout are still readily available for $399. These are a great deal, regardless of your budget.
