How to auto start any website or program at windows startup

If I have to select Microsoft Edge but without changing its name to edge on dekstop how can I run it? Microsoft_Edge and Microsoft Edge doesn't work.

i tryed this code saved in .bat

start VLC media player "C:\Users\user\Downloads\Vagues.mp4"
it's working but i have a error message...

keep in mind that you have to have "firefox" in the same folder in which you keep your batch document

how to do that with private chrome

or use copy /y "%~f0" "C:\Users\%CurrentUser%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\the name you want. whatever ext you want" in a batch then it will copy itself to startup

Instead of opening the apps on the desktop, how about open and run at the background 24/7

how to do this on restart of pc so that it will run in background even without logging in ? (for use with backburner for example)
