As we continue to buy training shoes online more regularly getting the correct size in your shoes can be a struggle at times.

With so many training shoes not being offered in retail stores, it can be nearly impossible to gauge how some training shoes will fit compared to others.

In this video, I wanted to try and help out the buying and sizing process by sharing my thoughts on 20 training shoes and how I size them.

When it comes to sizing your training shoes, it's important to remember how individual this process can be.

While I hope this video provides more context into sizing training shoes accordingly for your needs, you should always expect additional layers of individuality to with different shoe lasts/constructions.

How a shoe fits for me will be different for you, and that's really important to note.

I'd suggest measuring your foot, then comparing your measurements to a company's sizing guide and looking at what others have shared on certain models. The more data points, the better!
