Tried this, worked. But the second time i tried it the explosive jars and battery ram didnt spawn so i guess im gonna have to build my own explosive jars, is the battery ram necessary if it doesnt spawn ?

rip, was doing this and while picking up the explosives/ram my frost giant (that i took 4 hours to get ymirs daughter to spawn) decided my hitting x to pickup was to call him in to die

Well I appreciate the exposure of exploits so they can be patched…
This is just another example of how did this even happen. Conan Exiles has been out for so so long. How can bugs like this even happen.

Is this fully patched? Or is it still working with a workaround or something

Not a strategy I'd ever have thought of, but definitely interesting to watch.

Fastest way to climb is the right tower near the castle gldoor. Just climb and destroy the wall in front of you. 5 min .

The fortress is once again one of those things you won't complete very often. Or at least i won't bother unless i'm out of gold coins. The explosives, rams and katanas can be easily picked up without having to even fight and the rewards for killing the boss are nonsense trash. Same recipes as in the archives and some junk you can get anywhere. Not to mention the lagging on PS5, no sense in risking killing your thralls for no reason so i'll just climb up alone, make a hole in the roof and gas the boss.

This instant max level for followers made it useful, though. But for some reason it doesn't affect the alpha Vanir hart or the greater polar bear. Colossal serpent, horses and all of the human fighters i tested it on leveled up fine.

Is there a thrall distance setting or something? My thrall was following, I told him stop inside the Weeping Ruin as in the video, and as soon as I got over the castle walls he teleported to me.

I just lost my lvl 19 follower last night after a slow grind. I'm going to fast level another (or a few) before they patch this method. Thx for the vid!

This did not work for me on my first 2 try's. Then it did work after i saw the clip a 2nd time. You have to stop the followers by pressing the E button 2 times fast after echother. Then you order your followers to stop. What i did wrong was the 'stop following' option. If you use this option it does not work. But if you tell your followers to 'stop' by dubble pressing E this works. Make sure you get the message that your followers stop.

First post:
I managed to get to the boss and kill it but i never got the xp on the thralls and horse who i stop followed.
The first time i 'stop follow' in the same spot as in the clip. The 2nd time i set the thralls closer. Both time no xp for the thralls. When i came back tot the thralls after i killed the boss they where still scouting on the spot i left them. My second try was really quick aswell.

I killed the boss with with gas and explosive arrows.
The 10k gold loot in the boss room is nice tho.
I play on an official PvE server.

i tried it today. DIDNT WORK at all :C i dunno if i did something wrong but i dont think so. was there with a cimmerian berserker and a horse. both havent gained ANY xp and i placed them even a bit closer than in the video o.o
Any ideas??

Tested this with Hosav`s - it said i got 100 million exp when i killed the boss :D

When I try to do this my thrall will teleport to me and die while im climbing the walls, Ive tried setting thrall to "attack nothing" and it still happens.

Since the AoW ch.3 update, I've kicked out of my game every, single, time, I had tried to enter the battle pass, the bazaar, or when just trying to play my game. PLEASE tell me Funcom knows about this and has it on their "To Do" list, 'cause it's becoming not worth any of my future money.

Also FYI. two bombs and 1 ram is all you need for my agility build. Place bomb, during burn, use ram (10 hits seem to be what the burn last), place next bomb and repeat. 2 bombs and 19 hits from the ram is what the wall can take.

When I try to climb those walls I get damage from the walls and fall.

I am using a few mods like Better Thralls, thralls level up to level 40 with 5 perks, let you know how they level up after raiding the castle

Sorry Wak . Yes the insta thrall leveling does work we figured out the problem . On ps5 it has to be solo for it to work . 1st time we did it as a clan two of us it spilt the leveling somehow between us and broke the thralls but when we tried it solo it worked flawless ! wont your end thrall be weaker since he hasn't eaten every lvl and gained the extra 14%-7/7% food buff every lvl in theory giving him a bigger chance to end up with more attributes?

I had a thrall in the runes and killed the boss and they did not level up. I wonder if I had them to far back in those runes.

I dont see anybody using god tokens on this base...why not? raid on easy mode.

I just want to add, if you're running a mod that raises the thralls level cap, I'm using one that allows thralls to level to 100, it still hits the cap even with that. I murdered him with 2 level 0 thralls 'following' me, and they hit level 100 in one fell swoop.
